Finance Manager

About the role:
As Finance Manager at CBRE , you will act as a key liaison, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to our clients' strategic decision-making in the relevant regions/countries. This position is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
What you’ll do:
Act as a liaison and point of contact between the offices in LATAM, USA, among others, on matters such as reports, accounting reports, budget control, requests for information, etc.
Prepare cash flow statements projecting profits.
Create budgets from scratch.
Prepare balance sheets and P&L analyses of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives.
