Finance Manager

Our client is a senior, hands-on finance leadership position , reporting to the CFO, with ownership across financial planning, controllership oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnership. You will play a key role in strengthening financial discipline, supporting decision-making, and partnering with operational leaders to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide revenue, gross margin, and operating expense performance
• Lead monthly close from an FP&A and accounting perspective; provide executive-ready insights
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and scenario modeling
• Act as a finance partner to Sales and Operations, supporting pricing, deal reviews, and margin protection
• Analyze customer and deal-level profitability; identify revenue leakage and cost drivers
• Lead and develop a small team of FP&A / Accounting professionals
