As Plant Controller, you will be a strategic finance leader responsible for the financial performance, control environment, and decision support for a $500M manufacturing plant. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive profitability, cost discipline, capital efficiency, and operational excellence while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance.

Financial Leadership & Business Partnering Serves as the primary financial advisor to the Plant Manager and operations leadership team. Drives financial strategy to support continuous growth, capacity expansion, and productivity initiatives.
