Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Control

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with PFRS/IFRS.

• Maintain integrity of general ledger and chart of accounts.

• Lead financial closing process and reconciliation activities.

• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Statutory Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to BSP, SEC, or IC.

• Monitor compliance with regulatory capital requirements and liquidity ratios.

• Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and financial governance policies.

• Keep updated with changes in financial regulations affecting the BFSI sector.
