Finance Manager

Job Description

• Maintain full sets of account
• Prepare and file tax return
• Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters, including fixed asset management
• Prepare and submit management and statutory reports
• Participate in yearly budgeting procedure
• Prepare, develop and analyze key financial information and business statistics to facilitate Management in the decision-making process
• Liaise with auditors, secretarial as well as any other stakeholders
• Provide administrative as well as HR support of the Singapore office.
• Provide administrative support including tenancy, service contract and business license renewal, fixed asset management, procurement, and payment, etc., based on standard guidelines.
• Report to local Management and Hong Kong Head Office
• Any ad hoc assignment as assigned
