Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance.
• Oversees a team of 6–7 finance personnel and supports strategic financial planning and treasury management.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
• Oversee GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on investment performance and financial progress of holding and investment companies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
• Manage banking relationships and liaise with financial institutions on treasury matters, including funding and rates.
