Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the department operates smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.
• Plan and oversee departmental activities to maximize returns on equity and investments.
• Develop, implement, improve, and assess real-time financial reporting systems for the COO and Executive Office.
• Control operating expenses to ensure cost-effective use of company funds.
• Monitor and analyze the company's cash position to assess liquidity and fund availability.
• Establish policies aligned with company objectives.
• Support and promote the ongoing professional and personal development of staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Preferably with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a managerial capacity in a Financing Institution or related field.
