Finance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Financial Operations Management:

-Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
-Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
-Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Month-End and Year-End Close:
-Oversee month-end closing and year-end closing
-Review and finalize monthly closing reports
AR/AP Management:
-Oversee AR and AP, including collections of overdue invoices and managing outstanding payments

Revenue Recognition and Analysis:
-Manage unbilled items and ensure timely invoicing.
-Oversee credit and revenue control processes, including variance analysis

Cash Flow Management:
-Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and optimize liquidity.
-Monitor banking activities and ensure adequate cash reserves.
