Position: Finance and Compliance Manager

Key Roles
Oversee the financial management and accounting functions of Dana Asias operations, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance across multiple projects and entities.
Support the overall financial planning and budgeting process and check the accuracy of financials used in donor reporting.
Oversee the financial management and allocation of funds for various projects, ensuring compliance with donor agreements and internal financial policies.
Ensure all Dana Asia entities comply with ACFID, ACNC, and local regulations.
Manage governance, transparency, and reporting for the Social Business Fund.
Oversee bookkeeping, including transaction recording, bank reconciliations, , and general ledger management.
