Finance Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5–8 years of finance experience, preferably in construction or project-based industry
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, project costing & revenue recognition
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage cash flow, project costing, and profitability monitoring
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
• Supervise finance team and maintain internal controls
