Finance Manager - PE backed Tech

Allura Partners are delighted to be exclusively supporting a PE backed technology business with a search for a Finance Manager. This is a newly created position, reporting into a VP of Finance. It will also give the successful candidate an opportunity to manage a small but highly capable team.

Duties/Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end monthly financial reporting, including journals, reconciliations and performance analysis
• Develop and manage detailed budgets, forecasts and financial models
• Partner with business leaders on revenue recognition and key accounting matters
• Provide strategic analysis and insights to support growth initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
