Company Description

A well-established multinational company with operations in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to to oversee the financial operations in Malaysia and report directly to HQ management.

Role Description

• Oversee full spectrum of accounting and financial functions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Japanese management review
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor internal controls and risk management processes
• Supervise and develop finance team members
• Handle intercompany transactions and reporting
• Support management in financial analysis and strategic planning
