Finance Manager

A Finance Manager is responsible for providing expert financial guidance by developing and monitoring departmental budgets, analyzing data, preparing forecasts, and generating timely financial reports. This role involves collaborating with department heads to ensure budget compliance, leading projects, delegating tasks, and recommending process improvements based on financial performance and industry trends. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial tools and applications.  CPA certifications and/or CFA (Certified Financial Planner) are preferred.

Requirement:

• Must have 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience preferably gained from finance or accounting roles.
