Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Financial Reporting & Control: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and ensure adherence to GAAP or IFRS.
• Operational Accounting: Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash receipts, and payroll.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, perform variance analysis, and create financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
• Compliance & Audit: Manage tax planning and compliance, prepare for internal/external audits, and liaise with auditors.
• Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff, including accountants and bookkeepers.
• Process Improvement: Implement and upgrade financial software and internal control policies to improve efficiency.
