Finance Manager

Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with BIR, government agencies, and company policies
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies
• Implement and improve financial controls and procedures

Qualifications:
