Responsibilities

• Billing & Client Finance: Send monthly invoices and set up subscriptions through Stripe; track payments and follow up on unpaid invoices; own and reduce our percentage of MRR in unpaid invoices; process client refunds where applicable; support with offboarding workflows and financial wrap-up.
• Candidate Payroll: Set up payroll for new hires, track semi-monthly payments; ensure alignment between payroll and client billing; flag discrepancies proactively; manage and monitor margins on placed candidates.
