Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will support the Director of Finance in managing day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and IHG standards. You will help translate financial data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the hotel.




A little taste of your day-to-day:



+ Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

+ Supporting the Director of Finance in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls

+ Managing, coaching, and developing finance colleagues to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper task allocation

+ Preparing and reviewing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses

+ Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, audits, tax filings, and internal policies

+ Monitoring costs, revenues, and cash flow to help maximize profitability
