Finance Manager Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee vendor registration, payment processes, and completeness of supporting documents.
2. Review and monitor AP aging, GR/IR clearing, advances, and monthly closing activities.
3. Manage weekly and monthly budget reporting, cash flow monitoring, and coordination with Treasury.
4. Handle Letters of Credit, Standby LC, and facility limit submissions.
5. Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
6. Support audits by providing accurate and timely financial data.
7. Lead, guide, and support AP team members and assist in new business or system rollout activities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2. Strong understanding of AP, AR processes, cash flow, treasury operations, and financial compliance.
