Job Description


  • Preparation and submission of financial reports, including FRP, P&L, monthly and 3-month projected Cash Flow, and monthly Cash Position

  • Preparation, calculation, and filing of local taxes

  • Submission of fiscal information and follow-up on tax and regulatory requirements

  • Preparation of Payment Requests (internal report detailing all monthly payments)

  • Recording of costs, expenses, and payments in Dynamics (or similar ERP systems)

  • Management and control of reimbursements

  • Accounts Payable administration

  • Monthly bank reconciliations

  • Financial analysis and recommendations to optimize investments

  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management and third parties

  • Negotiation and relationship management with banks
