Finance manager

Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with IFRS, audit requirements, and company policies. Manage and mentor the finance team, including creditors, debtors, and payroll functions. Conduct cost analysis and support operational decision-making. Implement internal controls and improve financial processes and systems. Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management. Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (essential). Professional qualification such as CIMA, SAIPA, or SAICA (advantageous). Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a financial management role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
