Finance Manager

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
• With managerial working experience and expertise in tax compliance
• Proven experience (e.g., 5-10 years) in a finance/ accounting
• Demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail for proofreading legal and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Adept at drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including contracts, resolutions, and corporate filings.
• Willing to duty on different business units.
