Finance Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive long-term fiscal health. The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with the leadership skills necessary to guide a team and influence high-level decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field. (CPA certification is a plus).
• Accounting Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Leadership Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with a proven track record of managing a team.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
