Finance Manager

Location: Western Norway (Site‑Based)

Reports to: Country Manager

Employment Type: Full‑time

As Finance Manager, the role involves taking a leading role in overseeing and enhancing the organisation’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, control, and continuous improvement across all activities. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, it also involves working closely with the Country Manager in Norway on local business and operational matters.

This position is well suited to a hands‑on professional who is comfortable operating in a dynamic, international business and enjoys establishing robust processes, improving systems, and providing clear financial insight.
