Finance Manager

V8 Group is a fast-growing collective of businesses spanning marketing, ecommerce, digital services, and owned brands. We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the group finance function across V8 Group and its subsidiaries, providing both operational excellence and strategic financial leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers while also partnering with leadership to support scale, structure, and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
Own day-to-day finance operations across the group, including cashflow management, supplier payments, reconciliations, payroll, VAT, and tax compliance.
Oversee group-level financial reporting, consolidating results across multiple entities and subsidiaries.
Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial dashboards that support executive decision-making.
