Finance Manager, SG & MY

Position Summary

Responsible for Finance functions of the Straumann Malaysia and Singapore legal entities. As an integral part of the local management team, the incumbent is required to have strong business partnering skills and a proven track record in managing Accounting, Tax and Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, for a multinational company. Strong leadership skills are also essential to develop high‑performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies and financial targets into actionable goals for leaders across different functions within the organization
• Articulate business results to audiences at different levels
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and the ability to highlight potential risks and opportunities for the local leadership team based on analytics and interpretation of financials and metrics
• Liaise with Europe-based HQ and APAC teams on local business issues
