Finance Manager (Construction Projects & Audit)

Role Summary

We are hiring a strong, hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of full set accounts, monthly closing, SST compliance, audit readiness, and project-based P&L reporting for construction/engineering projects. This role reports directly to the Director and will manage a small finance team (2 staff) handling data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end journals, cut-off, accruals/prepayments.
• Drive monthly closing with clean schedules and accurate financial statements.
• Produce Project/Contract P&L (Job Costing) with clear margin visibility and explanations for variance (revenue vs direct costs vs overhead allocation).
