FINANCE MANAGER: SHARED SERVICES CENTRE – KWA-ZULU NATAL

Key Performance Areas

• Manage, plan, direct and co-ordinate the core of the Country’s centralised finance function. This includes management of centralised finance resources and transaction volumes; as well as any transactional finance activities at the various sites which operate in a matrix structure
• Accountable for the delivery performance of the Shared Service Centre in line with agreed service levels and customer satisfaction metrics
• Lead and guide Order to Cash (Debtors) function for sugar/syrup sales, downstream and sundry
• Lead and guide Procure to Pay (Creditors) function, including supplier payments, cane payments and other (i.e., T&E payments) including provision of outsourced services.
• Lead and guide all Payroll function within ISSA finance including provision of outsourced
