Finance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented reporting manager for financial reporting and technical accounting functions, with strong focus on US GAAP compliance and NASDAQ IPO readiness. This role will play a critical part in external reporting, SEC filings, and strengthening internal controls to support a listed-company environment. The position offers global exposure and close collaboration within the Group, external auditors and advisors.
Financial Reporting & SEC Compliance
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Prepare management reports and variance analysis, provide clear insights to management.
Prepare financial presentations and materials for executives, audit committees and the board.
Finance liaison with external auditors, IPO advisors and regulators.
Manage SEC filings, including Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures for NASDAQ-listed or IPO-ready enti...
