Finance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented reporting manager for financial reporting and technical accounting functions, with strong focus on US GAAP compliance and NASDAQ IPO readiness. This role will play a critical part in external reporting, SEC filings, and strengthening internal controls to support a listed-company environment. The position offers global exposure and close collaboration within the Group, external auditors and advisors.

Financial Reporting & SEC Compliance

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare management reports and variance analysis, provide clear insights to management.
• Prepare financial presentations and materials for executives, audit committees and the board.
