Finance Manager

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES :

Finance:-

• Planning and tracking of the company's financial goals.
• Establish and streamline the accounting systems/controls of the company.
• Maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting conventions, statutory requirements and company policies, and making such submission as required.
• Review, formulating, recommending and implementing productivity programs, financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Safeguard of assets through establishing adequate financial controls including capital expenditure.
• Analysis, review and recommendation of the financial implications of the various operational decisions, including feasibility studies of projects.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, company secretary, statutory boards, government/quasi government
