 Oversee group-level financial reporting (IFRS), delivering clear, decision-useful insights to senior leadership  
 Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, translating numbers into strategic recommendations  
 Manage treasury and liquidity across entities, optimising capital deployment and funding structures  
 Lead audit and tax engagements, ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance
