The Role
Financial Management & Compliance
Oversee all accounting and financial activities for the Singapore office. Support annual budgeting and monitor operating expenses, including variance analysis. Ensure compliance with Singapore Law Society rules, Solicitors' Accounts Rules (SAR), IRAS requirements, and statutory obligations of the Singapore LLP. Manage cash flow, forecasts, bank mandates, and relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, and regulatory bodies. Coordinate annual SAR audits and maintain strong internal controls.
Billing & Collections
Manage the full billing and collections lifecycle for assigned partners and client portfolios. Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, e-billing requirements, and engagement terms. Partner with attor...
