Reporting directly to the Country Director, you will lead a team with a primary focus on operational accounting and transactional excellence. While approximately 80% of the role is dedicated to the full spectrum of hands-on finance, you will provide critical strategic value by partnering with various Heads of Departments to build robust financial cases for multi-million dollar capital investments. By providing data-driven insights, you will directly influence manufacturing efficiency and drive cost-reduction initiatives across the facility. Furthermore, you will spearhead the digital evolution of the finance department by leading an ERP migration this year.
