Finance Manager

Overview

This role is accountable for the management of the entity level Finance team, specifically regarding accounting and financial reporting, audit management, statutory and compliance, treasury, AP & AR, banking, payroll and taxation.

Responsibilities

Financial operations and reporting

• Manage the monthly financial reporting process end to end
• Review of management accounts, including commentary thereon
• Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Calculation of complex technical IFRS matters as required from time to time
• Review of the monthly payroll process

Audit

• Management of external and internal audit requirements and ensuring readiness for audit purposes

Taxation

• Calculation of income tax in accordance with applicable legislation
• Review of indirect & payroll tax calculations and submissions
