1)Financial Management:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and communicate with trading partner.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Establish standards for necessary procedures for tax (corporate tax, income tax, withholding tax, etc.) and manage strategies to respond to tax audits and various tax issues.
2) Accounting:
- Maintain and develop an accounting systems SAP, planning information system Allevo, and expense management system Concur
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Ensure compliance to the Group accounting rules (Swiss GAAP) and K-GAAP
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
