Finance Manager - Spain & Portugal | Medical Devices

We're supporting an international medical device company in the search for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations across Spain and Portugal .

This is a hands-on role combining financial leadership , team management , and oversight of external accounting and tax providers , operating under different accounting models in each country.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for Spain and Portugal
• Lead monthly and annual closings (local GAAP) and IFRS reporting to Group
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and corrective actions
• Act as a key finance partner to local leadership and Corporate Finance
• Lead and develop the local finance team
• Coordinate and supervise external accounting and tax providers
