Responsibilities: Oversee financial accounting, corporate reporting, taxation, budgeting and management accounting functions. Manage and maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Review consolidated financial statements, business reports, forecasts and financial analysis for management and stakeholders. Analyse the financial performance of business units and provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
