The Role: Head of Finance
We are seeking a Head of Finance who will play a pivotal role in ensuring GOEdens financial health, compliance, and sustainability as we scale our impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic financial stewardship, safeguard integrity, and help build systems that enable us to rise together.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory compliance with SEC and BIR. Lead preparation for external audits and implement measures to address findings.
Financial Planning & Reporting: Develop budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and investors. Provide insights for strategic decisions, and enforce strong internal controls to prevent fraud.
Risk Management: Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections. Explore bank products to optimize cash flow and generate savings.
