Finance Manager

Job Description

The Manager, Finance will manage and oversee the organization’s day-to-day financial operations, which  include reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and audit, ensuring that financial resources are  accounted for accurately, managed responsibly, and are adequately safeguarded.  Working closely with the CFO, the Manager will support the execution and implementation of tactical and  strategic plans aimed at achieving Neighbours Community Homes’ (Neighbours) goals.   The Manager, Finance, will directly supervise the Senior Accountant, the two Financial Analysts, and the  Account Payables and Receivable Clerk.  This role will provide guidance and mentorship to these direct  reports, ensuring the team is adequately trained, motivated and aligned to achieving Neighbours’ goals and  objectives.
