Finance Manager

TO Live is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the Finance team. This position is responsible for the general ledger: preparation of journal entries for monthly general ledger close; the preparation and distribution of financial statements and reports. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting journal entries, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies. This position will oversee accounts payable and cash management processes.

Activities and Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close, journals, reconciliations, and accruals.

Prepare and distribute monthly financial and management reports, including Budget vs. Actual analysis.

Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management daily functions ensuring accuracy, controls, and adherence to policy. Including staff supervision.

Oversight includes AP, treasury, reconciliations, and daily accounting routines.
