Job Description
- Supervise daily financial activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Track budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis to management.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare required documentation.
- Supervise and mentor finance/accounting staff; delegate tasks and review their work for accuracy and compliance.
