Oversee the accounts of all subsidiary companies within the Group. Perform analytical review of subsidiary companies’ monthly financials. End-to-end preparation of the annual report. Liaise with internal and external auditors on all audit matters. Assist with internal reporting to the Board and external stakeholders such as corporate banks and shareholders.
