Finance & Marketing Administrator - Virtual Assistant

This is a remote position. Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Finance & Marketing Administrator on behalf of a growing, U.S.-based company. The Finance & Marketing Administrator is a hybrid operational role responsible for supporting financial accuracy while also providing oversight on marketing performance and spend. This role blends day-to-day bookkeeping execution with marketing finance tracking to ensure both financial integrity and accountability across campaigns. The role reports directly to the Controller for all financial matters, with close collaboration with the Company President and external marketing partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across finance and marketing, is detail-oriented, and confident communicating insights when performance does not meet expectations.
