Finance Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in cash management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank transactions.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly cash position summaries, track payments, and manage bank transfers.
• Monitor accounts payable and ensure supplier payments follow agreed terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and project-related financial summaries.
• Track project completion and installation costs for reporting and reconciliation.
