Finance Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage our financial operations, including rent collection, service charge accounting, forecasting expenses, and general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including rent collection and service charge accounting.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
