Finance Officer – Disbursement

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor payments, reimbursements, and fund releases
• Verify supporting documents and ensure accuracy of all disbursements
• Prepare vouchers, checks, and payment schedules
• Maintain updated records of payables and cash flow
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on payment concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Experience in accounts payable or treasury is an advantage
• Accurate, systematic, and deadline-driven
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
