Job Summary

The Finance Officer is responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. This role supports budgeting, accounting, and financial controls to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and staff claims
• Monitor cash flow and petty cash
• Prepare bank reconciliations

Reporting & Records

• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
