Finance Officer

Role Summary
Owns the close, consolidation, audit readiness, treasury, and controls across SG/IN/UK, governing data standards and segregation of duties.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly/quarterly close and group consolidation (Xero SG, Zoho IN, QBO UK).
Prepare consolidation adjustments, FX revaluation, and elimination entries; deliver flux analysis.
Own group accounting policies, internal controls, SOD (segregation of duties), and payment batches review for Singapore.
Manage SG/entity audits and group audit coordination; support UK filings with vendor.
Treasury: manage cash forecasting, bank mandates, and FX policy execution.
Own master data (COA, dimensions, vendor/customer approvals) and data hygiene.
Partner with FP&A on management reporting and group reporting packs.
Skills & Experience
8–12 years in audit and corporate/group Accounting; strong consolidation experience.
Deep knowledge of IFRS/SG FRS, intercompany, and controls.
