Job Summary
The Senior Officer, Finance is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and inter-company transactions. The role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, timely payment processing, and effective monitoring of customer accounts in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Maintain and update the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger accurately and timely.
Process and record general invoices and expense invoices in the accounting system.
Prepare monthly local and overseas payments in accordance with company procedures.
Process weekly staff expense claims.
Prepare monthly AP and AR reports.
Monitor and follow up on customer payments and overdue accounts.
