We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officers to join the University of Queensland. Reporting to the Financial Services Coordinator, you will work within a supportive team environment to deliver accurate and efficient financial transaction processing, ensuring compliance with University policies and supporting operational and strategic needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing accounts payable, invoicing, debtor and credit management, asset registration, and journal entries in line with policy and procedures.
Ensuring the accuracy and validity of financial data and chart of accounts for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting purposes.
